Tailor-made courses from beginner to advanced level. The evolution over the sessions is done according to the level of each person and the work sought for progression at their own pace. Beginners are guided in their movements and gently learn the basics of Pilates; More advanced practitioners will be able to work on movements that are impossible to perform on the ground and will thus go further in strengthening.

Solo lesson on machines

Duration 55 min- The teacher takes care of you exclusively. The exercises take place on machines specially designed by Joseph Pilates himself, equipped with springs and straps for carried, constrained and safe work.

Duration 55 min - Lessons on specific Pilates method devices with the person of your choice or on the recommendation of the instructor. Same as private lessons.

Group lessons

Duration 55 min - Group lessons (Mat Class) on the floor are group lessons (maximum 8 people) which take place exclusively on floor mats without the use of equipment. The sequence of exercises specifically developed promotes the work of the body as a whole.
