Group lessons

Group lessons (Mat Class) on the floor are group lessons (maximum 8 people) that take place exclusively on floor mats without the use of the devices. The sequence of exercises specifically developed promotes the work of the body as a whole.


Ensures the strengthening of the deep muscles, the abdominal belt, the back muscles, the body is stronger and refined, the posture corrected and the mind strengthened. Reduces lumbar and cervical pain, strengthens the whole body.
